I've been mixing creatine powder into shakes for years and dreaded the gritty texture, so switching to these gummies was a relief. Each serving gives me the full 3 g of creatine monohydrate, and I just chew them on the way to the gym.

Took these before my morning lifts for two weeks now, and the 3 g of creatine monohydrate per gummy is way easier than mixing powder—no chalky texture. My last set of squats felt noticeably stronger, so they’re doing exactly what I needed.

I was skeptical about getting my creatine in gummy form, but the 3g per serving is spot on and way easier than mixing powder. Downed two in the morning before my workout and noticed zero stomach bloat, which was always my issue with shakes. These are staying in my rotation for sure.
