Herbaland軟糖 - 蘋果醋零食

I take these two after lunch instead of downing a shot of vinegar, and the apple flavor actually tastes like a real gummy, not medicine. Getting 10 g of fibre in a snack is the part that sold me, since I'm terrible about hitting that otherwise.

I was skeptical about vinegar gummies, but these are a surprisingly easy way to hit my daily fibre target without feeling like I’m chewing on a supplement. The 10g of soluble fibre per serving is substantial, and they’re sweet enough that I actually look forward to that post-meal snack.

The texture is way more pleasant than I braced for—chewy but not sticky, and the apple cider vinegar taste is mild enough that I actually look forward to it after dinner. Getting 10 grams of fibre in what feels like a candy is a win I didn't expect.
