YumBiotic パウダースティック

Took these on a two-week trip and my stomach stayed happy the whole time, which never happens when I travel. The 520 mg of prebiotic fibre per stick is more than my old capsule had, and I like that it's just one tear-and-pour packet instead of three pills.

The powder stick is so convenient to toss in my bag for workdays—no measuring or mixing required, just tear and sip. I’ve been taking it with my morning coffee for two weeks and my gut feels noticeably less bloated after meals.

The single-serving sticks are perfect for tossing in my work bag—no measuring or mixing required. I’ve been taking one each morning with water and honestly, my gut feels noticeably calmer by mid-afternoon after about a week of use.
