Hit mile ten on a long run and these kept me from bonking, the 1:0.8 glucose-to-fructose mix really does sit easier on my stomach. Took one right before a climb and had steady legs the whole way up.

The 24g carb mix with that glucose-to-fructose ratio hit differently on my tempo run—no sudden crash around mile eight like I usually get. Squeezed it down mid-effort and the energy felt steady through the cooldown.

Took two of these on my last long ride and they hit right around mile 40, no crash like I usually get with other gels. The 100 calories per pouch is easy to stomach even when I'm working hard, and the texture is smooth enough to squeeze down without water.
