子供用カルシウムグミ

My picky 4-year-old actually asks for these every morning, which never happens with vitamins. I like that the calcium comes with vitamin D3 from lichen, so I'm not guessing whether she's absorbing it.

These gummies have become part of our nightly routine and I can finally see the container getting empty without a fight. The lichen-sourced vitamin D3 makes me feel better about giving them daily.

My kids actually remind me to take their vitamins now, which is a miracle in itself. The bear shape is fun enough that they think it's a treat, and I feel good knowing they're getting their calcium and vitamin D3 for their growing bones.
